I had to laugh. I had invited the three little boys to “help” me unwrap and set up the manger scene. I thought it was going to be so significant and meaningful as we set up the various figures. In three minutes flat we had them unwrapped and crammed into that manger like nobody’s business. I’ve left them that way. Well, maybe I DID put a few of them upright so they were at least standing. But I like it all topsy turvy. Sort of matches the first Christmas I think. Here’s the page I put in my journal so I can remember – and smile.
